Google Workspace Data and Limited Use
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including their Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer or sell this data to create, train or improve foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models, or for advertising.
OctaDezx does not currently offer a Gmail integration and does not request access to Gmail. Email conversations are available through Microsoft 365 / Outlook, which is not a Google service.
Google Calendar access lists calendars available to your account, checks busy time ranges and creates appointment events in your selected calendar after your team explicitly confirms. Your team can explicitly cancel the associated event created through OctaDezx. Appointment names, time ranges, customer contact details and notes entered for that booking are sent to Google as event details. This integration does not send unrelated calendar event titles or descriptions to the AI assistant.
Data received from Google Workspace APIs is not sent to any AI or machine learning model. Calendar listing, availability checks, booking and cancellation use the Google Calendar API directly.
OAuth credentials are stored server-side for the connected business. Appointment records are stored in the business workspace so authorized team members can provide customer service. Human access is limited to authorized business users and access necessary for support you request, security, legal obligations or service operation consistent with Limited Use. We do not sell Workspace data. Transfers to service providers are only for these user-facing features and must preserve the Limited Use restrictions.
Disconnect the account in your business integration settings to stop future access through that connection. You can also revoke OctaDezx access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete business conversations or appointment records, and it leaves existing Google Calendar events in place. To request deletion of retained data, contact kevin@octadezx.com and identify the business and connected account. Retained records remain subject to applicable service, security and legal retention requirements.
Review Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy for the applicable restrictions.
