A multimodal AI agent that reads, looks and listens
One OctaDezx AI agent understands text, customer photos, voice notes and live phone calls in 50+ languages, and keeps every format in one conversation history.
Customers do not only type. They send a photo of the product they want, a voice note from the car, or they simply call. OctaDezx handles text, images, voice notes and real-time phone calls with the same AI agent, the same business knowledge and the same conversation history, in more than 50 languages.
The everyday problem
Most support tools treat each format as a separate product: a chat widget that cannot see images, a phone system that cannot read the chat history, and voice notes that someone has to listen to by hand. The customer repeats themselves every time they switch.
How OctaDezx helps
OctaDezx brings every format into one agent. A photo becomes part of the question, a voice note is transcribed and answered in the same thread, and a phone call is held as a spoken conversation and written into the same record as the chats.
Every way a customer can reach you
- Text in every channel. Website chat, the shareable chat link, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Discord, Slack, LINE and Viber feed one inbox and one agent.
- Photos and screenshots in web chat. In website chat and the shareable chat link a customer can attach an image. The agent describes it, compares it with your catalogue and knowledge, and suggests a matching product or asks a clarifying question.
- Voice notes on messaging apps. Voice notes on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram are transcribed and answered in the same thread, so a spoken question gets a written answer without anyone listening first.
- Real-time phone calls. Give the agent a phone number and it holds a spoken conversation. Callers can interrupt mid-sentence, it can transfer to a person or take a transcribed voicemail, and it can place configured outbound calls.
- 50+ languages, detected per customer. The agent replies in the language the customer uses, including code-switched writing that mixes two languages in one sentence, without separate bots per language.
- One history across formats. Typed messages, transcribed voice notes and call transcripts sit in the same contact record, so the agent and your team see the whole relationship.
A customer who switches format three times
Illustrative flow, not a customer transcript.
- 1. Photo. A shopper uploads a photo of a lamp in website chat. The agent identifies the closest listed product and shares its price.
- 2. Voice note. Later the same customer sends a WhatsApp voice note asking about delivery. It is transcribed and answered in writing.
- 3. Phone call. The customer calls to confirm the address. The voice agent already has the context and records the order on the call.
- 4. Record. Staff open one contact and see the photo, the transcript and the call in order.
What each format covers today
- Image understanding runs in website chat and the shareable chat link. Incoming photos on social messaging connectors are not yet processed by the same path.
- Visual matching depends on the catalogue and knowledge supplied. It is not a guaranteed product identification, authenticity or safety check.
- Phone calls use included minutes on every paid plan. Voice availability, numbers and minutes follow the plan and the phone provider's coverage.
Frequently asked questions
- What does multimodal mean for customer service? It means one AI agent understands more than typed text: customer photos, voice notes and live phone calls, and keeps them in one conversation history instead of separate tools.
- Can customers send a screenshot or photo? Yes, in website chat and the shareable chat link. The agent reads the image as part of the question. Photos sent on social messaging connectors are not yet analysed.
- Does it understand voice notes? Yes. Voice notes on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram are transcribed and answered in the same thread.
- Can the same agent answer phone calls? Yes. Every paid plan includes a phone number the agent answers in real time, with interruption, transfer, voicemail transcription and outbound calls.
- Which languages are supported? More than 50, detected automatically for each customer, including mixed-language messages.
