OctaDezx ships a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://octadezx.com/mcp. Any client that speaks MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf or an agent you built yourself, can connect and work with your OctaDezx business in plain language without opening the dashboard.

How OctaDezx helps
With the MCP server your AI assistant uses the same operations as the dashboard. Ask it to find everyone waiting since yesterday, answer the delivery questions and escalate the rest, and it can chain those steps in one request.
What an MCP client can do
- Read and reply to conversations. List escalated chats, read any conversation and reply directly into the customer's live thread.
- Orders and products. Check and update orders, and add or edit products in the catalogue the agent answers from.
- Bookings and knowledge. Book and change appointments and teach the knowledge base new answers.
- Marketing insight. Read ad and page insights, search competitor ads, and draft and publish social posts.
- Standard authentication. OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, single-use codes and refresh rotation. Clients without an OAuth flow can use a business API key as a Bearer token.
- Works with any MCP client. Standard MCP over JSON-RPC, so it is not tied to one vendor's assistant.

Boundaries to know
- The MCP client acts with the permissions of the account that authorised it. Keep API keys server side and revoke them when a person leaves.
- Actions run through the same rules as the dashboard, including catalogue price checks. MCP does not bypass approval steps.
- What an AI client chooses to do with a request depends on that client. Review replies before sending sensitive messages in bulk.
