Enterprise AI customer support with operational control
Evaluate enterprise AI customer support with team permissions, business knowledge, handoffs, CRM connections and a scoped developer API. See controls and boundaries.
Bring customer conversations, business knowledge and human decisions into a connected operating workflow. OctaDezx supports businesses of every size, including enterprise teams that need shared context, controlled access and a practical developer integration path.
The everyday problem
A larger organization needs more than an assistant that sounds helpful. Different teams own policies, customer channels and operational decisions. A wrong promise, an unrestricted integration or a lost handoff can matter more than a fast answer.
How OctaDezx helps
Evaluate the controls that exist today: business-scoped records, team section permissions, saved knowledge, response workflows, human takeover and reviewed CRM exchange. Pilot representative requests before relying on the assistant for high-impact customer work.
Controls to evaluate in an enterprise pilot
- Team access by responsibility. Owner, admin and agent roles govern dashboard access, with section permissions for team members. Sensitive ownership functions stay restricted. Review the underlying business and database permissions as part of your access assessment.
- Shared customer context. Connected channels feed a shared inbox with conversation history and operational records. Your support and sales teams can continue the same request without rebuilding its context in a separate transcript.
- Business knowledge through RAG and OKF. Provide policy documents and structured knowledge alongside the catalogue. Retrieval and Open Knowledge Format entries help supply business facts to the assistant. Validate source quality and contradictory policy handling before rollout.
- Response workflows and handoffs. Configure trigger phrases, ordered response steps and handoff rules for text or voice. These workflows guide the assistant's prompt; they are not an arbitrary workflow execution engine or an approval system for external transactions.
- Reviewed CRM exchange. Authorize HubSpot or Salesforce, preview records and manually import or export selected contacts and opportunities. Keep data ownership and field mapping explicit. Continuous bidirectional synchronization is not claimed.
- A scoped developer surface. Use business-bound API keys to send customer messages and read the bound conversation. The server-side TypeScript SDK and separate Google ADK adapter provide a developer path, with explicit limitations and human approval for the ADK message tool.
A practical enterprise evaluation sequence
Illustrative pilot plan, not a customer case study, certification claim or throughput benchmark.
- 1. Define ownership. Choose a business, its policy owners and the staff who may change knowledge, manage integrations or handle escalations. Test representative agent permissions rather than relying only on hidden navigation.
- 2. Validate knowledge. Supply approved sources and run known-answer questions, contradictions and missing-information tests. Include both ordinary requests and situations that must reach a person.
- 3. Exercise the handoff. Test team takeover, custom pricing, refunds and order-specific information. Confirm the customer sees an accurate next step and staff receive enough context to resolve the issue.
- 4. Review integration risk. Authorize a test CRM connection, preview a limited record set and inspect the mapping before exchange. For API or ADK work, protect keys server side and reconcile uncertain writes before considering a resend.
Procurement questions deserve specific answers
- Enterprise plans list a named success manager and SLA. Agree the exact support and uptime terms in writing before relying on them. This page does not assert a public availability percentage, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, SOC 2 or ISO certification, data-residency selection or a verified throughput benchmark.
- Dashboard workflows are response guidance with existing action and handoff boundaries. They do not establish a universal transaction approval layer, deterministic process execution or automatic compliance with an internal policy.
- The TypeScript SDK and Google ADK adapter are server-side repository packages, not published npm services or a replacement for the live assistant runtime. The current API covers message submission and transcript reading, with no POST idempotency key, streaming or broad administrative SDK surface.
- Agree retention, incident response, subprocessor review, permitted data types and operational ownership during your evaluation. Do not infer those commitments from a product feature list or a plan name.
Frequently asked questions
- Is OctaDezx only for small businesses? No. OctaDezx serves businesses of every size, including enterprise teams. A larger deployment should still validate access, integration behavior and procurement requirements against the controls currently available.
- How are team permissions controlled? Team roles and section permissions govern access to dashboard work, with ownership-only functions kept separate. Test the actual permissions needed for your staff and integrations during the pilot.
- Can we use our own business knowledge? Yes. Supply business sources and structured knowledge through the supported training and OKF paths. Test source accuracy, retrieval and escalation on representative requests before customer rollout.
- Do workflows execute enterprise processes automatically? They guide responses using triggers, steps and handoff rules. They do not independently execute arbitrary business processes or provide a universal approval layer for external actions.
- What does the API and SDK cover? The current API supports submitting a customer message and reading the business-bound conversation. The unpublished server-side TypeScript SDK wraps those operations and verifies signed outbound webhooks. Review the repository documentation for limitations.
- How does Google ADK fit? A separate server-side adapter exposes a bound-conversation read tool and a human-approved customer-message tool for developer applications. It does not replace the deployed assistant, retrieval or phone runtime.
- Are enterprise security certifications or SSO included? No such assurance is made on this page. Ask about the exact certification, identity, contractual and data-processing requirements your procurement process needs before deciding whether the deployment is suitable.
