AI customer support for mobile apps
Add AI customer support to an iOS or Android app with an in-app help chat, screenshot reading, 50+ languages, helpdesk escalation, REST API and webhooks. No SDK needed to start.
App users want help without leaving the app or waiting for an email reply. OctaDezx gives your iOS or Android app an AI support agent that answers from your help centre and policies, reads screenshots users attach, replies in their language and hands the hard cases to your team with the whole conversation attached.
The everyday problem
Mobile support usually means a contact form, a long queue and a reviewer who mentions it in a one-star review. Small app teams cannot staff support around the clock, and most AI tools assume you will ship and maintain their native SDK.
How OctaDezx helps
Start with what OctaDezx already provides: open the shareable chat link or load the website chat widget inside your app's help screen, train the agent on your docs and FAQ, and connect your helpdesk for escalations. Your backend can use the REST API and signed webhooks when you want deeper integration.
How OctaDezx fits inside an app
- In-app help without an SDK. Open the shareable chat link in an in-app browser or load the website widget in a WebView from your Help or Contact screen. No native SDK to add to your build.
- Answers from your help centre. Train the agent on your docs, FAQ pages and policies by importing a URL or file, so answers about accounts, features and billing come from your own content.
- Reads screenshots. Users can attach a screenshot of an error or a screen in web chat. The agent reads the image as part of the question before answering or escalating.
- Every user's language. The agent replies in 50+ languages, detected per user, which matters for apps with a global install base.
- Escalation into your helpdesk. Hard cases hand over to your team with context, and can open a ticket in Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom when connected.
- API, webhooks and MCP. Your backend can send a message and read a transcript through the REST API, receive signed webhooks on escalations and refunds, and your team can work through the MCP server.
A typical app support flow
Illustrative flow, not a customer transcript.
- 1. Open help. A user taps Help in your app, which opens your OctaDezx chat link in an in-app browser.
- 2. Screenshot. They attach a screenshot of a sync error. The agent recognises the message and explains the fix from your docs.
- 3. Billing question. They ask about a refund for an in-app purchase. The agent explains your policy and files a refund request for review.
- 4. Handoff. A bug the docs do not cover is escalated with the screenshot and conversation, and your helpdesk gets a ticket.
What to know before integrating
- There is no native iOS or Android SDK today. In-app support uses the chat link or widget inside a WebView or in-app browser, plus the REST API from your backend.
- The REST API currently covers sending a message and reading a transcript. Keep API keys on your server; never ship them inside the app binary.
- The agent does not access user accounts, app store purchases or your database unless you expose that information through knowledge you supply. App store refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by OctaDezx.
